Summarize Slingshot lineages found by RunSlingshot()

Returns one row per lineage discovered by RunSlingshot: its cluster path (root to terminal cluster) and the number of cells with non-NA pseudotime along it. Meant to answer "which lineage number is actually the one I care about" without re-deriving it from the model object.

Usage

SlingshotLineages(seurat_object)

Arguments

seurat_object

A Seurat object previously processed by RunSlingshot.

Value

A data frame with columns Lineage, Path, and n_cells.
