Display All Stored Color Assignments

Plots a swatch grid of every variable stored by PrepObject. One row per variable, one tile per level, labeled with the level name. Useful for verifying color assignments before running analyses.

Usage

ShowColors(seurat_object)

Arguments

seurat_object

A Seurat object (must have run PrepObject first).

Value

A ggplot2 object (invisibly). The plot is printed to the active device.
