Force a rebuild of AskSidekick()'s documentation cache

AskSidekick() automatically rebuilds its cached documentation context the first time it's called after a scSidekick version change, so this is rarely needed. Use it if you're actively developing scSidekick itself (docs changed without a version bump) or just want to be sure the cache reflects the currently installed package.

Invisibly, the number of documentation chunks cached.
