Returns the named color vector for one metadata variable, or the complete
color list if no variable is specified.
Usage
GetColors(seurat_object, variable = NULL)
Arguments
- seurat_object
A Seurat object.
- variable
Character. Name of the metadata variable to retrieve.
NULL (default) returns the full list for all stored variables.
Value
A named character vector (one variable) or a named list (all
variables), or NULL if nothing is stored.
