Clear the local feature annotation cache

Removes cached annotation files from ~/.cache/R/scSidekick/ so that the next call to AnnotateFeatures() re-fetches from source. Useful when you want to update to a newer Ensembl version.

Usage

ClearAnnotationCache(species = NULL)

Arguments

species

Character vector. Species to clear. NULL clears all cached annotations.

Value

Invisibly returns the paths deleted.
